Indulge your senses in a celebration of the Pacific Northwest and beyond featuring delicious food, games, live entertainment and much more. The weekend will be packed full of exciting events including a Beer and Food Pairing Dinner, Beer, Bacon and Bourbon Tasting, two Grand Tasting sessions and an exceptional Brew Brunch!

Friday, January 17
Beer and Food Pairing Dinner
7:30pm – 9:30pm | Michael Jordan’s Steak House
Elevated three course dining experience exclusively paired with brews from Fort George Brewery. Indulge your senses and mind as their Pacific Northwest Brand Ambassador shares their knowledge with guests.
Beer, Bacon, and Bourbon Tasting
7:30pm – 10:00pm | Rose & Thorn
Beer, Bacon and Bourbon all bring great pleasure to the palate so we thought, “Why not bring all three together for one great event?” This event is designed to allow attendees to sip and sample some of the best beers and bourbons while tasting some creative dishes featuring beer, bacon and bourbon.
Saturday, January 18
Grand Tasting
3:00pm-9:00pm & 4:00pm-9:00pm | Meeting & Entertainment Center
This lively Grand Tasting in the ilani Meeting & Entertainment Center will feature hundreds of beers, ciders and spirits to sample, food to buy, live chef demonstrations to learn and music to enjoy. The Grand Tasting brings together the brewers and beers that make the Pacific Northwest one of the world’s greatest brewing area. Plus, ticket pricing includes a commemorative tasting glass and $10 worth of food tokens.
Industry trade, Media and VIPs will be able to enter the Grand Tasting session 1 hour early from 3:00pm – 4:00pm having the run of the place until general admission begins. As a VIP you’ve got a pretty great beer-to-guest ratio working in your favor. Plus, ticket pricing includes a commemorative tasting glass and $10 worth of food tokens.
Sunday, January 19
Brew Brunch

Brunch is a great excuse to get a little decadent and the Brew Brunch will offer a myriad of options from the elegant to the earthy. Let your taste buds be dazzled by craft beer inspired culinary creations.
Grand Tasting
