Job Title: Rock Star Brand Manager
Reports To: Non-Alcoholic Brand Manager
-Plans, organizes and directs activities of the sales department which relate to the “assigned brands” to ensure the achievement of sales and distribution objectives.
-Ensures compliance with all company policies, practices, procedures and controls, applicable to his/her primary function.
-Develop direction and goals for assigned supplier’s products in concert with our mutual brand/package objectives.
-Proactively work with assigned suppliers to design, implement, track, and evaluate incentives.
-Work with assigned suppliers at retail to gain targeted distribution, and to evaluate the execution of programs.
-Strategically partner with suppliers to enhance our long-term brand equities, as well as, the profitability of our retail partners.
-Assist Director of Beer, Director of On Premise, Non-Alcohol Brand Manager, Chain Manager, District Managers and Salespeople in achieving pertinent brand goals and objectives.
-Identify and prioritize opportunities based on account potential by class of trade volume group, and demographic make-up.
-Analyze and evaluate sales, distribution, and execution data and communicate the results to the appropriate company personnel and/or supplier.
-Supervise the monitoring of the field activities of the sales personnel through the Directors and District Managers as it applies to the assigned brands
-Forecast sales of all “assigned brands” with Inventory Manager.
-Identify and monitor authorized SKU’s, taking appropriate action to ensure all possible brands and packages are in distribution.
-Operate as an active member of the First Purchase Panel.
-Work with all levels of the sales department on an on-going basis, to facilitate achieving desired outcomes and in-field training.
-Maintain a close working relationship with top retailers.
-Assist with key retailer sales presentations.
-Provide New Item Introduction Plans, agreed on between CSB and Supplier Partner.
-Meet or exceed desired outcomes by channel, brand, and package.
-Accomplish prescribed tasks as designated in quarterly bonus program.
-Adhere to New Item Guidelines including Item Setup, First Purchase Quantities, Forecasting and Follow up.
-Accountable for New Item Failures and Responsible for resolution plan.
-Meet or Exceed standards of performance for your universe of products.
